Cancellation Policy

 

  • Once your order has been processed, cancellations will not be accepted.
  • If an order is cancelled in accordance with the applicable terms and conditions, you will receive store credit as compensation.
  • As stated in our terms and conditions, we reserve the right to approve or deny cancellation requests. Generally, if a cancellation notice is received within 24 hours of placing the order, we may cancel the order and provide a full refund. If your order is successfully cancelled, the payment will be reversed to your account within 5 to 7 working days after we receive your bank account details. Cash refunds are not possible under any circumstances. Orders that have already been processed, including those processed within the first 24 hours, or cancellation requests received after the initial 24 hours, cannot be cancelled. The decision on whether an order has been processed rests solely with us, and you agree to accept our decision without dispute. After the initial 24-hour period, cancellations and refunds are not permitted.
