Cancellation, Return & Exchange Policy

At Auraya Fashion, we take pride in curating pieces from India’s most talented designers, each made with craftsmanship and care. Given the nature of our business and the exclusivity of our merchandise, we have a detailed return and exchange policy to ensure a seamless experience for our valued customers.

🔒 Order Cancellation

• Orders once placed can be cancelled within 24 hours.
• Cancellation requests will only be considered if the order has not been processed or shipped.
• Orders placed on a priority or urgent basis won't be cancelled within 24 hours
• To cancel your order, please write to us at aurayafashion.com within 24 hours of placing it.
• In case of prepaid orders, the refund will be initiated back to the source within 7–10 working days after cancellation confirmation.

Please note: Customized or made-to-order pieces are not eligible for cancellation under any circumstances.

🔁 Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges only under the conditions mentioned below:

✅ Eligible for Return/Exchange:

• Item is damaged, defective, or incorrect (wrong size/style/color)
• You notify us within 1 days of receiving the item
• Item is returned in original condition with tags and packaging intact

To request a return/exchange, please email aurayafashion.com with:

• Order ID
• Description of the issue
• Supporting images

After verification, our team will guide you through the process.

❌ Not Eligible for Return/Exchange:

• Products that are customized, made-to-order, altered, or used
• Items purchased during a sale or promotional event
• Accessories, jewellery, perfumes and home décor items (unless damaged on arrival)
• Delay in delivery due to unforeseen courier or customs issues

Products sold on our portal are sourced directly from the designers. Any request for return/exchange is subject to the respective designer’s policy and approval.

📦 Exchange Policy

• We only offer size exchanges (subject to availability).
• If your desired size is not available, we may offer store credit valid for 6 months.
• For items eligible for exchange, the process must be initiated within 48 hours of delivery.

💸 Refunds

• Refunds are processed only if the product is found to be damaged/defective and cannot be replaced.
• Once the return is approved and the product passes quality check, refund will be processed to the original payment method within 10–14 working days.
• Shipping and COD charges are non-refundable.

🚚 Reverse Pick-Up & Shipping

• In select pin codes, we offer pick-up services.
• In other cases, customers may be requested to self-ship the item to our warehouse.
• Shipping charges incurred during self-return will be reimbursed only if the product was received damaged or incorrect.

📌 Additional Notes:

• All return/exchange requests are subject to inspection and approval.
• In case of repeated returns by the same customer, we reserve the right to refuse future orders.
• Auraya Fashion holds the right to make the final decision in case of any disputes.
